Parlour

Parlour, located directly below Borough in Minneapolis, set a new standard for bartending and cocktail creation in the Twin Cities. The large bar features tufted banquettes and intimate tables. The craft cocktail menu has its foundation in the classics, using freshly squeezed juice, house-made syrups, elixirs, and rare artisanal spirits. A brief food menu featuring fare from Borough includes elevated bar snacks, including a legendary burger.

In April 2018, Parlour St. Paul joined the West 7th neighborhood. Taking all of the things that made Parlour Minneapolis what it is, the burger, old fashioned and atmosphere, the new space is larger along with the menu. A decadent menu is available at brunch and dinner, complete with all-day eggs, sandwiches, and a selection of shareable plates.

Monello

Genuine hospitality is served alongside genuine Italian fare. The menu reflects the rich culinary traditions of Italy, particularly the Campania region along the Southwest coast which is celebrated for its diversity and abundance. Here, Chef DeCamp weaves the charm of rustic simplicity with the inherent elegance of fresh ingredients. Monello aspires to reacquaint guests with true Italian fare while paying homage to Chef DeCamp’s heritage.

Every Sunday night the restaurant transforms into Mama DeCampos, an old school, red sauce Italian restaurant. From the sign outside to the red and white checked table cloths, and a completely different menu, guests are invite to enjoy a classic Sunday Supper, just like nonna used to make.

Constantine

Constantine sits beneath Monello, on what was once the Second Church of the Christ Scientists. This history is deeply ingrained in the design of the cocktail lounge, featuring reclaimed elements sourced from churches and antique shops found across America. Organ pipes, a pew and pulpit are all original pieces salvaged from churches, while the gothic archway that frames the bar made an appearance on season one of The Bachelor. A selection of craft cocktails and high-end bar food rounds out the space, where diners imbibe by dim candle light in intimate corners, including a semi-private Whiskey Chapel.

P.S. Steak

As the name suggests, P.S. Steak was established to continue the story of the historic space that was once famed La Belle Vie. As Chef DeCamp spent 10 years at the former French restaurant, this is his homecoming. P.S. Steak disrupts the perceptions of a typical steakhouse offering an elevated seasonal menu, along with a variety of cuts of meat, dry aged in a display case. A rotating menu of game gives a nod to Minnesotans’ connection with the land while a selection of classic cocktails embodies a modern steakhouse. From the wood paneled bar to rich fabric-tufted round booths, the dining room is a chic and inviting space for guests.

Before entering the dining room at P.S. Steak, guests are greeted by a sleek and modern lounge. Guests can start there night here, or enjoy an evening in its entirety. A sprawling bar and cozy fireplace offers a range of seating options. Progressive cocktails and a menu featuring seafood towers and playful small plates pays tribute to important people that came up through the ranks at La Belle Vie.
